1. Overview

This Refund & Cancellation Policy applies to all paid services offered by NxtWaveAI through OCR Agent Pro. We aim to be fair and transparent about our refund practices.

2. Subscription Plans

2.1 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Upon cancellation, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. You will not be charged for subsequent billing periods.

2.2 Refunds for Subscriptions

We offer a 7-day refund period for new subscriptions. If you are unsatisfied with your subscription within 7 days of the initial payment, contact us for a full refund. After 7 days, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period.

Refunds for annual subscriptions are available on a pro-rata basis for unused months if requested within 30 days of purchase.

3. Credit Top-Ups

Credit top-ups (one-time purchases) are non-refundable once credits have been consumed. If you purchased credits and have not used them, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase by contacting us.

Free credits granted at signup are non-transferable and have no monetary value.

4. Service Disruptions

If you experience a significant service outage or technical failure attributable to our platform (not third-party AI providers or your network), we may offer credit adjustments or partial refunds at our discretion. Please contact us with documentation of the issue within 14 days.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hemantgoyal@nxtwaveai.com with:

• Your account email address
• The date of the charge
• The amount charged
• The reason for the refund request

We will review and respond within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed via the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on your bank.

6. Exceptions

Refunds will not be issued for accounts suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service. Free-tier usage and complimentary credits are not eligible for monetary refunds.
